5 Best Homeschool Blogs for 2022

These are my favorite blogs to follow for homeschool tips and tricks. They offer great advice and support around homeschooling and implementing Montessori into your homeschooling.

TheHomeschoolMom.com

I loved this article from TheHomeschoolMom.com because it offers practical advice for new homeschooling parents for setting boundaries around at-home learning, but also helpful tips and reminders to keep homeschooling enjoyable.

MainlyMontessori.com

This blog is geared toward parents looking to use Montessori in their homeschooling. The founder, Pilar Bewley, offers many helpful tips on her blog for homeschoolers. Most of her material is geared toward the Montessori homeschool parent but plenty of her content would be helpful to parents not using Montessori as well, such as understanding child development in relation to learning and skill building. She also offers products, such as courses, paid subscription services and products, such as her curriculum timeline for children 6-12 years old.

MontessoriNature.com

This next blog is a favorite of mine because it offers so many resources and tips for homeschoolers. Although it is heavily focused on the Montessori approach to homeschooling, most of the printables on the website could be useful in any homeschool. There is also a huge library of activity ideas as well as paid courses to help homeschoolers. This website would be most useful to parents homeschooling children around 3- 6 years old.

OurMuslimHomeschool.com

I have been following this blog since the early days of our own homeschooling journey. It is filled with tons of helpful information for new homeschoolers. If you’re looking to start up your homeschool then let this be your first stop. In addition to an array of free resources and there is also a podcast and paid courses. What I love most about this blog is that it’s very approachable. You can easily find help within just a few clicks and it is clear this blog is there to help and support you in your homeschooling journey.

LivingMontessoriNow.com

This is another blog I have been following since the very early days of our Montessori journey. If you’re new to Montessori and have young children then this is the blog for you. There are resources on nearly every topic along with activity ideas, homeschooling as well as Montessori pedagogy. It is a great stepping stone to beginning your Montessori homeschooling journey. I really love how this blog filters out all the information on the Internet to organize resources from other blogs and websites based around themes, such as dinosaurs or spring time.
